Woah, where have I even been?

I've been pretty occupied since I last threw up anything on my DA page.
I'm still probably not going to upload as much onto here since I've been working on my sketchblog and own personal website. But I have been seeing some fabulous deviations, features and been keeping up with journals so yeah I'm still on here, lurking.
I do intend to eventually comment on stuff that really catches my eye but of course time is getting shorter and shorter.

Stuff is changing and it's weird.

I keep having these brief moments of extreme peace and a pause is placed on my thoughts, preventing them from hurtling forward towards the future or whirling back, assessing everything I’m doing or done.
I know can’t stay long outside because the sun is setting and the mosquitoes will be out to eat me alive. But the air is cool and the sky seems closer than ever with the clouds all layered on top of each other. Lightning occasionally flashes across and thunder nonchalantly tags along.
This is the recipe for some delicious lemon bread. It’s pretty easy to make!
Ingredients
• 6 tablespoons shortening
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 lemon, juiced
Directions
1. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. In a large bowl, cream shortening, 1 cup sugar, and eggs together until light and fluffy. Add milk alternately with flour mixture in two parts; mix well. Stir in grated lemon rind and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes. Allow bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
4. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and the juice of one lemon to make a glaze. Remove bread from pan. Pour glaze over warm bread.

Alternate stuffs

Geeze, I'm all over the place with these art stuffs. :U
You guys wouldn't know by my recent uploads but I've felt really drawn to character building and my story world's design this summer. I think I finally settled on a starting point for Alternate Ending. Hahaha, not that it matters since the story has huge gaping holes in it and still is far from being presentable any time soon.

2) Who is your favorite OC?
It would seem like it would be Jake or Charlie right? I honestly draw them the most out of all the Alternate Ending Characters. But my favorites shift around, and right now I'd say Brian and Flannery. I ought to flesh them out some more.
3) Who is your least favorite?
I wouldn't say he's my least favorite but I really mistreat Bailey-when I do draw him. Alex kinda grates on my nerves too. But they're both suppose to be overbearing in nature
4) Who is your most developed?
Jake and Charlie easily. They're main characters though, it's kinda natural. I still haven't gotten them to a point where I really want them. Getting close though!
5) Which OC would you want to date if they magically came to life?
I'm not really that romantically inclined so most of my characters have a deficit in that sort of area too.
6) How many girl OCs do you have? Boy OCs? It OCs?
(don't let the girlish names in the list fool you)

7) If you were stuck in a burning building what do you think the third OC on your list would do?
Call 911. Assess the situation. He'd figure he has no fire survival skills and has a better chance in getting us both killed if he tried to save me.
8) Name one thing you regret about one of your OCs.
I wish I had done more age variation. Less teen/twenty something/people in their prime. Especially with the zombies. I should have more older characters. I just might do that.
9) Which of your OCs do you think would make the best father/mother/it parent out of all your OCs and why??
Joseph is already a sort of parental guidance figure, so is Trystine. I don't know if they'd be the best. Actually I think Brian, Warren and Wesley would make good parents. They are probably the most level headed of the group.
10) Which of your OCs do you think will most likely be put in jail?
Skidders.
She pulls a lot of stunts, like she did when she was living
11) The eighth of your OCs was put into the future! What will their job be?!?
Alex would very likely be managing her mom's hair salon while working for the werewolf pack on the side.
12) Name the first OCs catch phrase! (if they don't have one just make one up)
Hmm, I don't think Jake will like that. This is going to be GREAT!
13) Do all your OCs live together or are they separated?
Oh no, they wouldn't survive together I think.
14) Are there any pairings that are in your OC list? (they can't be with someone else's)
Sorta kinda. Feelings not being reciprocated in most cases. Currently there are not. Later there are some relationships maybe?
15) Your seventh OC switched bodies with you for a day! How will they react at the end?
She'd probably appreciate having an older body, well, a body that at least looks closer to her appropriate age than her real body.
16) Your last OC just became a fifteen year old. What do they do?
well that depends, would this mean they went back in time to when they were fifteen or just suddenly became 15 in their current time? If she went back in time she celebrate having a normal living body again. If the latter she'd puzzle over what's going on.
17) Now randomly select a person on your OC list. Who was it?
Warren
18) That OC you just chose? Yeah they think they are superman (even if they are a girl)

No. What? That's crazy.

Charlie and Mag don't really care for each other.

Jake is one of the earliest. Skidders is one of the latest on the list.

I think it would depend on their surrounding/their situation for fighting.
If in a closed off small room, they'd probably end up not fighting at all.
If outside though, or somewhere Skidder could use the element of surprise, she could get Jake.
26) Are your OCs fat or skinny?
They vary, some are on the chubbier side, some are on the skinnier side, I have some that are average, some that are more athletic.
27) What are your first 2 OC's favorite foods?
Charlie doesn't have a favorite food
Trystine loves Chinese food. Vanilla mocha frappa whatevers are her favorite drink.
28) If your listed OCs were in a fight to the death, who would emerge victorious?
Again situation/surroundings would play a role, but probably Mag.
29) There's a zombie attack and your OCs are stranded. Who do they elect to be their leader?
Probably Mag. Those that were more cooperative. Some would probably end up wanting to take their chances alone.
I don't think Wesley or Skidders would be in any sort of danger seeing as they're already zombies. Charlie would very likely be okay too huh?
30) During said zombie attack, who's the first to die?
Uh, I'd go with Bailey, maybe Jake.
31.) Would OC 5 and OC 3 get along well?
Not really but Jake doesn't get along with anybody it seems. They tolerate each other though.
